DIRECTOR OF RECRUITING
RESPONSIBILTIES:
Direct all recruiting activities including:Develop job descriptions/postingsIdentify effective recruitment sourcesEstablish relationships with sourcing organizationsControl advertising/recruiting costsEnsure client requisitions are filled with quality candidates within required timeframeEstablish and maintain excellent working relationship with client and employeesDevelop business strategy to acquire new clientsIdentify opportunities to expand client relationshipResponsible for P&L of recruiting teamManage all personnel issues including performance management and coaching of recruiting team and contractors Identify online applications, systems and processes to improve/increase online hiring Oversee applicant screening and interviewing process; assist when neededManage employee benefits program including healthcare and incentives
QUALIFICATIONS
Has full life-cycle recruiting knowledge that includes experience with a candidate tracking system, recruiting on the Internet, and experience in a customer contact center environment. - Self-starterExcellent communication skills at all levelsAbility to conduct effective behavioral interviews Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationshipsStrong organizational skillsAbility to motivate and inspire employeesAbility to make decisions quickly and effectively handle escalations and time critical issuesAbility to meet goals despite unexpected setbacks, obstacles, or time constraintsCapable of organizing work for self and others to maximize productivity and increase efficiency for data entryBA/BS or equivalent experience
