Our Client is and independent management and consulting company specializing in workforce development.  Our Client’s mission is to promote and enhance economic opportunities for individuals and industries by using all available resources. 

 

Job Summary:

Case Management Clerks are responsible for the following functions:

· Perform moderate complex human services support work. 

· Providing information to clients or assisting staff in the delivery of social services.

· Maintaining filing systems, general clerical work, handling correspondence and documents. 

· May train others. 

· Works under general supervision with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

· Assist in compiling statistical data and preparing various charts, graphs, and written summaries.

· May interview applicants and determine initial or continued eligibility for services using automated worksheets.

· Completes case reports and forms to document client services provided.

· Explains program benefits, requirements, and procedures to clients and their families.

· Follow-up with clients to verify quality of services and assist with adjustments.

· Maintains case files and other records. (UI profiling & outreach)

· May act as a receptionist or telephone switchboard operator when not performing other duties.

 

Qualified Candidates will be required to have:

Education and Experience

·  Experience in social services work.  Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent is generally preferred.  Education and experience may be substituted for one another.Experience with the following equipment

v Personal computer, word processing, spreadsheet and database software, keyboard, printer, telephone, copier, and fax machine. Use of a personal vehicle is required.

 

Hours: Monday thru Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay:  $9.00 per hour
