CONTRACT RECRUITER
Description:
Large international nonprofit in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced Recruiter/Sourcer to join their recruiting team on a contract (possibly contract-to-hire) basis for 6+ months. This individual will be responsible for sourcing candidates, utilizing internet sourcing techniques, screening candidates, consulting with hiring managers, scheduling interviews, etc.
Experience:
Qualifying individuals will have at least 5 years of recruiting experience, with a strong background in sourcing and strong Internet sourcing skills. International recruiting experience preferred. BS/BA required. AIRS certification preferred.
