Area of Responsibility:
Be a key member of the Information Technology Department, analyzing corporate data, generating KPI reports, reporting on SOX compliance, and supporting process improvement for a multi-site international company. The Business Analyst will help VISTA standardize reporting and develop metrics that will help managers drive the company toward growth and increased productivity. He or she will simplify our reporting and integration with our parent company and lead data analysis for our planned customer feedback program.
Essential Requirements:College degree in CS/Information Systems or related field and/or equivalent preferred.Minimum three years experience in data analysis--specifically evaluating raw business data and generating KPI results from the data.Strong SQL abilities.Business Objects and Reporting Services experience.SharePoint Server experience.Ability to generate and distribute recurring KPI reports.Process mapping, evaluation, and improvement experience.SOX compliance experience.Proven management ability.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proven ability to effectively analyze matters and exercise good judgment to achieve IT objectives within specified time tables.Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.Ability to maintain a positive and cooperative rapport with staff and management.Ability to work in compliance with company policies and procedures.Ability to project an appropriate professional attitude and demeanor.Willingness to sign an employment agreement.
