Branch Administrator Needed Immediately!
Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking a Branch Administrator for our office located in Downtown Houston to start immediately. This individual will be responsible for Administrative support for our Texas Market.
The main duties will include:
Background check processing Daily support of Sales Staff Put together newhire packets Conduct Newhire Orientations for new consultants File newhire paperwork Create contracts and work orders for newhires/extensions. Enter bi-monthly consultant timesheets. (collection/entry) Review expense reports for accuracy and submitting to Corporate for processing. Assist consultants with setting up client requested travel. Ensure that consultants enroll/opt-out of benefits. Assist with password resets or confirming benefits Send and track 1099 contracts for agencies. (From submittal to approval) Order all office items Assist consultants with their issues and/or questions Review/approve forms Create/submit PO’s Event/party planning Run reports
Qualified candidates should have experience in the following: MS Word (strong formatting and editing skills) MS Excel (intermediate to advanced) MS Power Point (intermediate to advanced) Lotus Notes (preferred)
Previous Staffing industry experience is preferred!
Salary plus benefits including Medical (Health, Dental, Vision), Short Term, Long Term, and Life Insurance. Compensation also includes bonus and covered paid parking. We are located in the Allen Center Buildings in Downtown Houston.
