Job Description: Sales AssociateReporting to the Director of Sales, we are seeking an experienced Sales Associate in the Northern Florida marketplace to join our sales team.Duties & Responsibilities• Seek out new business opportunities and exceed customer expectations• Aggressively promote and market the brand within assigned territory• Accurately track and report back on sales and opportunities in the pipeline• Meet agreed upon target sales levels• Coordinate and deliver sales demonstrations to Golf Courses, Resorts, and Pro Shops• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our clients’ needs, industry trends and competition• Ability to grow business utilizing methods such as Cold Calling and Prospecting• Must have the “Hunter” mentalityQualifications• Excellent communications skills both verbal and written• Passion for Golf• Excellent presentation skills• Experience within the Golf of Club industry is a must• 2 – 5 years sales experience• Be Self-motivated and an independent thinker• Computer literate in Excel and Word and general PC usageBenefits:• Starting Salary - $60,000 + Commissions per sale• Fully Paid health insurance including Dental, Vision, and life insurance• Retirement Plan• Free Golf• Car Allowance
