What You Will Be Doing:

Dynamic responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction through the successful implementation of all FitLinxx and customer based initiatives, including, but not limited to: site preparation for installation, on-site and remote training events, consultative services to FitLinxx customer base, key account management, and add-on/replacement sales.

 

The key responsibility is creating exceptional levels of success and satisfaction that contribute to the continued high renewal rate for support services.

 

In addition, you will also contribute to the ongoing initiatives of the Program Management team and work with various departments to ensure the overall success of the company.

 

We are looking for a high-energy Program Manager who will do the following:Account ManagementDevelop and maintain relationships with Director, Executive, and C-level contacts in identified key accounts.Promote and provide strong implementation support of FitLinxx products in key accounts.Identify potential renewal risk among customer base and develop and implement retention strategies.Provide consultative support to identified key and at-risk accounts.Serve as a product, program, and software expert to general customer base.Identify, promote, and close add-on and replacement sales across customer base.Installation PreparationManage all aspects of installation preparation for new and existing customers including wiring consultation, layout assistance, and equipment compatibility identification.Work with various departments to ensure successful installation.Manage all incoming and outgoing documentation for each assigned installation project.TrainingProvide on-site and remote training for new and current customers in compliance with identified training protocols.Work with Program Management team to develop and refine current and new training programs.MiscellaneousServe as a customer and software expert within company.Work with all departments to ensure customer success and retention.Work with all departments to help develop new products and refine current offerings.



What You Need:Extensive experience in managing fitness centersAbility to manage multiple prioritiesExperience dealing with all levels of managementExperience in prescribing & teaching appropriate fitness programs to members of varying ages & fitness levelsStrong teaching, supervisory, technical, and organizational skillsAbility to work in a team environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsThe ability to problem solve and make decisions independentlyFrequent travel in North America – 75%



What Would Be Icing on the Cake:Experience with FitLinxx software a plusEducational degree in exercise science or related field preferred
