Product Marketing Manager

KEE Action Sports is a leading paintball manufacturer and distributor of paintball equipment, apparel and paintballs. Industry leading brands include Empire, Invert, BT, RPS, and other highly regarded paintball brands/products. We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to oversee paintball product lines. This role is responsible for developing and managing product lines from creation to development to production to post launch analysis.

Primary Responsibilities Develop and manage all product specifications including target market, line direction, design attributes and timelines Establish overall branding direction Provide and approve packaging direction and specifications Establish pricing and product recommendations for all channels of distribution Serves as point person for all cross functional departments as they relate to product line Monitor and research competitive marketplace, trends and new market opportunities

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree 2-3 years experience in product management Advanced in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage projects with internal and external customers Strong, positive attitude and work ethic desired General understanding of paintball industry preferred
