Player Assistant

Position Description: Be aware of the daily tee sheet and start times for all guests. Stock cart with supplies and check first aid kit. Wear a fully functional radio and headset. Drive around the course(s), remaining visible and accessible to golfers for assistance. Monitor pace of play for all groups. Be aware of any golfers in need of assistance. Relay requests for assistance to the Starter or to the Golf Shop as appropriate. Report any on course safety issues or items in need of repair to the appropriate person. All other projects or duties as assigned by the Director of Golf or 1st Assistant Golf ProfessionalQualifications:Extensive knowledge of the rules and etiquette of golf. Previous experience as a golf course marshall or player assistant helpful. Courteous and professional demeanor with excellent communication skills.
