As a Membership Advisor, you are responsible for selling club memberships while achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewal goals, and ancillary service goals. You will be responsible for gaining knowledge of and participating in all the club’s services, programs, and products while adhering to and implementing Equinox policies and procedures.
RequirementsCandidates must possess previous sales experience, as well as an energetic and friendly personality. Strong communication, time management, organizational, and follow-up skills, as well as computer literacy are essential. You must be ambitious, hardworking, passionate about the fitness industry, and willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
