FRANCHISE EXPERIENCE MANDATORY




Industry leading franchise system seeks accomplished Chief Operating Officer to be responsible for execution and profitability of all day-to-day operations and franchise initiatives of the company.  The COO will foster a team building environment to grow the company from approximately 150 locations to over 1000 worldwide.  COO must be an expert in establishing systems and processes, enhanced state-of-the-art training programs, etc.

 

Mandatory criteria includes:

 

Successful track record growing a brand from 100-500+ locations with an international presence.

 

Have experience with home based franchise systems.

 

Enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, reporting to an optimistic, enthusiastic founder, who is open minded and willing to do what it takes to win with integrity.
