Assistant Swim Coach

MIDTOWN ATHLETIC CLUBS, a division of TCA Holdings, seeks a part-time, Assistant Swim Coach for our luxury  fitness center located in Weston, Florida.Position Summary Swim Coaches at MIDTOWN are enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals. They are skilled in their ability to effectively demonstrate their sport, as required by the USA Swimming program.MIDTOWN’S Assistant Swim Coaches are an integral part of our organization and have a positive impact on our club and the lives of others by: Acting as a positive role model through aquatic team leadership Ensuring the safety and well-being of our members and guests Demonstrating proper aquatics fitness instruction and techniques to members Operating under pressure, while ensuring participant safety at all times Treating all members, guests, and associates with genuine respect and careOur most successful Assistant Swim Coaches have the ability to: Lead, instruct, and maintain the attention of the team through effective communication Maintain current certification with USA Swimming Coaching and ASCA Perform CPR and First Aid, maintaining current certification for each  Work in a team environment promoting team unity through communication and respect for other coaches Write workouts based on team philosophies with Head Coach’s direction Attend swim team meetsIf you are a leader who wants to see your team succeed, we’d love to hear from you!
