Security and Operations Manager

Position Summary: The Security Operations Manager is accountable for the protection of people and assets through the leadership, deployment, and actions of all physical security personnel across multiple sites.  This position reports to the Director of Security Programs.  Key Responsibilities:  Manages and oversees Security Operations Supervisors and Officers Directs the accomplishment of effective and integrated strategies to mitigate risks and safeguard the organization from crime, theft, violence in the workplace, fraud and violation of local laws Leads a corporate wide physical security program and ensure plans and activities meet operating requirements Effectively administers key human resources processes for personnel including career development, training, salary administration, recruiting, and performance management Participates in the preparation, maintenance and execution of emergency response plans for all Go Daddy facilities.  This includes, but is not limited to required responses for bomb threats, power outages, medical emergencies and natural disasters Coordinates with other Business Units as necessary to provide security and investigation expertise Works with the Security System Manager to ensure personnel are equipped with, and trained on security systems, including access control and video surveillance.
