Security Director

Eastdale Mall

Top notch Security Director needed to effectively manage, motivate, and train employees. Implement and monitor the mall's security program, ensuring the staff works as a team with operations to provide comprehensive services to our client and its customers. Work with corporate on state licensing issues, ensuring 100% compliance. Provides superior customer service to the General Manager, supporting mall programs. Calmly project confidence to others and lead by example in successfully interacting with the general public.  

Requirements:

 

Minimum 3 years’ experience in security, law enforcement, or the military with supervisory responsibilities.  Experience in mall/shopping center security programs considered a BIG PLUS.  Availability to work a rotating schedule that involves some evenings, weekends, and holidays.

 

All positions require a valid driver’s license, clear driving record, and successfully pass a criminal background investigation.
