Receptionist

We are seeking a Receptionist for our Melville, Long Island regional office who will be responsible for:

·  Answering and directing telephone calls in accordance with Company standards

· Greeting job applicants, distributing applications, and reviewing applications for completeness and inclusion of required documents

·  Data input of employee information on HRIS system

· Assisting with preparation of computer-generated payroll 

· Administering drug testing and other pre-employment screening

·  Coordinating uniforming for security officers

· Performing other duties as may be required by this position or as directed by the Regional Manager or Human Resources Manager



 

Requirements:

 Minimum 1 year receptionist/administrative office experienceProficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Office. Ability to learn new computer systems. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and multi-taskOutstanding interpersonal and communications skillsStrong customer service skills
