Operations Supervisor

Pendum Directly oversee route and vault supervisor activitiesOpen and close building for day-to-day operations i.e. alarms, vault, etc.Checking in and out of routes as neededSurveillance video and alarm equipment testing and maintenanceAbility to create and administer schedules for routes and deposit pullMonitor staff firearm licenses, vest information, uniforms, tan card follow upCoordinate and provide current and new employee training when necessary.Assist in vault when needed.Responsible for research and follow through on compliance issuesService ATM's on and off route, perform ATM installs, loads, mitigate customer issues, manage armored pay roll, perform cash audits and combo lock changes, conduct weapon inspections Above average communication and leadership skillsCompetent computer application knowledge and typing skills, and the ability to learn the Microsoft MapPoint software application Ability to gather information from route manifests and generate reportsAt least 1 year of experience in Armored Transport or related fieldPast experience as a supervisor or managerAbility to function in a multi-tasked environmentDetail orientated with an eye for accuracy and following proceduresAbility to problem solve and lead through example RESPOND HERE!
