Operations Manager

The operations manager will be responsible for supervising a large security staff at numerous retail locations. Operations Manager must maintain excellent relations with client representatives, while ensuring that security personnel are delivering high quality service. A wide degree of security knowledge, business understanding, and personal organization is required.


Responsibilities:

- Knowledge of supervising and managing security staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Assist in the recruiting of new associates while in the office and out in the field.
- Ability to conduct and monitor both new-hire and on-site training for all employees.
- Ensure client satisfaction through site visits, as well as telephone and email communication representatives.
- Organizational ability; time management skills.
- Perform site inspections and ensure that post orders are being followed.
- Respond to incidents and provide service coverage as needed.
- Ability to submit and prepare payroll and billing information.
- Review company required reports for timeliness and accuracy.
- Perform additional operational duties as needed.


Requirements:

- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or security experience.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as business dictates.
- Must posses strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Must posses strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Must be able to pass a thorough background check and drug test.
