· Scheduling appointments with decision makers via the telephone

· CRM experience – tracks and journals daily.

· Previous sales success – strong closer.

· Extensive experience at prospecting and lead qualification.

· A true “hunter” mentality.

· “Thick-skinned” – able to overcome rejection and maintain positive outlook in difficult times.

· Strong desire to make money.

· B2B proven track record.

· Ability to present to a group all the way “upstairs” to the President/CEO.

· No “I” in team but “We” and able to interface with colleagues.

· Adept at shortening the sales cycle.

· Strong networking skills.

· Sell value not price.

· Able to identify prospect needs and offer solutions.

· Desire to succeed and able to sustain Winners Circle performance that meets and/or exceeds expectation.

· Background of high activity-based selling and knows how to “close” New Accounts.

 

Our position includes base salary, commission, compensation, and benefits including healthcare and 401K.
