EOE M/F/D/V Mailroom Services Clerk Securitas USA, Inc. is currently seeking an individual for a Mailroom Services Clerk position within our Eastern Operations Center (EOC) in Parsippany, NJ. BASIC DESCRIPTION: Mailroom support for EOC and field office locations SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE:¨  Collection and distribution of EOC mail and courier packages¨  Operate various Mailroom mechanical equipment ¨  Assist in the ordering and receiving of record boxes as requested¨  Lifting and distributing boxes that need to be stored or retrieved ¨  Support the receiving, inventorying, packing, and shipping of Marketing, Benefit, and other materials as directed¨  Dispense supplies in designated EOC areas as needed¨  Provide backup and relief to Receptionist as scheduled¨  Complete other tasks as assigned  REQUIREMENTS:¨  Previous mailroom experience is preferred¨  Customer focused¨  Detail oriented EOE M/F/D/V
