Now Hiring -Security Operations Manager

In this position you will manage the day-to-day security needs 24 hours/7 days a week.  This position reports to the Branch Manager.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Working with supervisors and security officers on day to day issues Scheduling and controlling overtime Staffing Training Supervision Maintaining client relations Preparation of post orders Oversee and input weekly payroll Ensuring compliance according to company policies, and procedures. New business development Input of all new hires into system Site visits Quality assurance checks Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:Excellent communication skills Motivated, able to work independently and make decisions Computer Experience Strong security background - at least 3 years management experience Able to multitask and prioritize Strong leadership skills Have no criminal background and pass a background check Valid New York Driver’s License Reliable transportation
