Summary/Responsibilities of this position:

This position is located in the Security Department at the Corpus Christi Retail Support Center and reports directly to the Security Department Manager of this area. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

Responsibilities:

Manages the day to day security operations, i.e. patrolling the complex and gates

Maintain physical security at the CCRSC

Monitoring and reporting all alarm activity

Oversee and lead their own team of security guards

Enforce all company policies and procedures for the complex

Ability to document and track various administrative reports

Administer all administrative functions with regards to scheduling and payroll

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, some college hours a plus

Minimum 2 - 5 years physical security experience

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Have a current / valid class C drivers license

Previous security supervisory experience a plus

Excellent Team Building skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Computer skills that include, MS Word and MS Excel

Experience with internal systems that include CICS and yardsmart a plus

Ability to work rotating shifts that will include days, nights, weekends and holiday
