We have a challenging opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager at our U.S. Headquarters in Dallas, Texas. Reporting to the Vice President of Operations for Cash Logistics, this position will provide financial support for various product lines and product development as well as overall financial analysis for the company. Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. · Ensure accuracy of monthly financials; work through month-end closing.· Ensure training is provided for appropriate departments/branches in relevant accounting policies, procedures and systems including: billing, accounts payable, payroll, accounts receivables, plan implementation, and related systems, etc. · Review operations to ensure adequate financial and internal controls are in place and functioning in key risk areas (i.e., billing matches contract, payroll matches the approved wage documentation, proper accounting procedures, etc.).· Compare performance with historical results, operating plans and standards, and report and interpret the results of operations. Forecast the impact of external and internal drivers on future results.· Coordinate business planning and budgeting process.· Work with financial management to improve financial processes, policies, systems/tools, training programs, reporting and controls throughout the organization.· Compile financial information and report to senior management.· Project post implementation reporting including project analysis, review and justification.· Special projects as needed. Education, experience, and/or other skills and abilities:· Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting required, CPA and/or MBA a plus.· Must have 5-7+ years of relevant operations management experience in the field of accounting and finance. Experience should include some of the following areas: accounts receivables/payables, payroll, billing, audit, financial reporting/analysis, financial plan development and implementation, etc.· Must have the ability to understand the business from an operating perspective, the ability to “get things done” in an indirect reporting capacity and be willing to get directly involved at the lowest level to identify and fix problems.· Incumbents must have excellent communication skills (both field level and executive/presentation level), analytical skills, project management skills and be systems and detail oriented. Excellent computer skills with MS Office applications, Hyperion and PeopleSoft experience a plus.
