We are looking for the right person to spearhead a telemarketing, lead development and eventually, outside sales and business development efforts in this market. You will be responsible for: Soliciting and developing new clients through telemarketing, cold calling, referrals, and after business hours networking within selected professional associations. Obtaining necessary background information from qualified prospect businesses in order to develop a competitively priced business proposal. Presenting proposals to diverse groups of managers and executives, outlining our proven model for contract security service and its benefits to their organization. Required Skills and Experience: College degree from an accredited university or two years professional experience in a outbound telemarketing/business development role. Current residence in the Dallas Metropolitan area, or the ability to relocate to the Dallas area. No relocation assistance is available for this position. Documented track record of successful outside sales efforts including being consistently ranked among the top 10% of your sales force, or a resume that includes elements that lend themselves to suggest sales aptitude. An attitude and demeanor that reflects high-energy, a sense of urgency, and persistence along with outstanding communication and presentation skills.
