Customer Advocate

We need a savvy professional who understands the cycle of business – can learn most things after being shown once and builds his/her knowledge base week to week – who can advocate internally for our clients to ensure their projects, service calls, questions are processed – and above all who can help our organization find new clients with professional and consistent inquiry as directed. All of this is guided by senior management members for whom this position will provide administrative support.

M3T Corporation focuses on creating life long relationships with our clients by helping them solve sensitive issues relating to securing and controlling access to their facilities. We primarily serve the PA/MD region out of our Camp Hill, PA office.

This is a new position within M3T created to help the company leaders and our clients as well as to find new clients.

Our firm attracts and retains the type of personnel who pitch-in together to get jobs accomplished. We discourage silo mentality thinking amongst our office staff so all positions are cross functional. Sales in this industry occur primarily because our clients trust our professionals and our experience. The Customer Advocate will help our sales and operations professionals expand their efforts.

We anticipate the professional in this position will develop along an Operations path towards project management or along a Sales path into outside sales.

Pay period: Biweekly – salary

Principal Accountabilities:

Administrative support to senior executive(s) as required

Maintain/Review all M3T Sales Engine accounts as necessary

Answer all phone lines promptly, courteously and professionally

Ensure our client requests that come into the office are fulfilled or replied to

Manage the assignment of resources to satisfy client needs on a daily and weekly basis

Schedule/Appointment Maintenance

Assist Office Manager when tasked to do so 

Help to create and implement direct marketing campaigns to business segments within the vertical markets M3T serves

Support sales efforts in identifying business opportunities in prospective and existing customers

Qualify prospects for site visits

Locate and contact prospects – locate decision makers

Coordinate/Prepare demonstrations & customer meetings on products for prospective/current customers and partners

 

Essential Skills and Experience

Associates/Bachelors Degree or A minimum of 5 years individual or combined experience in Marketing or Sales or Office Administration or Customer Service 

Possess an excellent working knowledge of MS Office, Internet Research skills

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Must be able to prioritize in a fast-paced working environment

Must be able to multi-task

Team Player: position is cross-functional and requires teamwork
