Now Hiring: Operations Manager and Branch Manager for

the Amarillo/Albuquerque area!

These positions are characterized by a high level of interpersonal activities, exercising judgment, personal responsibility, planning, budgeting, and processing information. Additionally, the Branch Manager is responsible for as many as several hundred employees and multiple clients. The majority of time is spent with clients and employees, either handling problems or negotiating new business.

Additional tasks include administrative duties and operating a branch office.

Specifics RE: OPERATIONS MANAGER

In this position you will manage the day-to-day security needs 24 hours/7 days a week.  This position reports to the Branch Manager.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Working with supervisors and security officers on day to day issues Scheduling and controlling overtime Staffing Training Supervision Maintaining client relations Preparation of post orders Oversee and input weekly payroll Ensuring compliance according to company policies, and procedures. New business development Input of all new hires into system Site visits Quality assurance checks Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:Excellent communication skills Motivated, able to work independently and make decisions Computer Experience Strong security background - at least 3 years management experience Able to multitask and prioritize Strong leadership skills Have no criminal background and pass a background check Valid Driver’s License Reliable transportation
