We are accepting applications for Retail Service Representatives for our retail stores in this city.The Retail Sales Representative will:• Sell wireless phones, service plans and accessories to meet sales goals• Deliver outstanding customer service• Resolve customer issues• Process payments• Participate in outside sales activities and events needed • Support inventory counts and returns as assigned• Work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays and at various locations in a fast-paced or extremely busy environment as requiredRequired Qualifications:• High school diploma or GED• 1 yr. retail experience, preferably in electronic or department store retail sales and/or customer service• Strong written, verbal persuasion (soft sales) and interpersonal skills• Proficient use of PC computer programs and keyboard skills. • Proficient cash handling skills, including cash drawer reconciliation.
