Cricket Communications has multiple opportunities for individuals looking to contribute to an organization that rewards your success.Position OverviewProvide Sales Support to select accounts in Cricket's indirect distribution channel, including recruiting, implementing contracts, contract compliance and performance for all third party distribution partners. Responsible for the successful attainment of all net sales and revenue goals from these accounts. Availability on occasion after hours and on weekends to assist Dealers with channel needs.Motivating Dealer employees to sell Cricket products. Understanding and utilizing Cricket’s tools, processes and programs to positively impact Dealer performance. Help solve customer service issues at Premier dealer locations. Builds partnerships with current and future electronics and wireless retail operations, local retailers as well as the local management organization of regional / national retailers. Weekly call reports to Indirect Account Executives and or Indirect Sales Manager. Monthly and quarterly goal reporting and side by selling at dealer locations. Support the merchandising, co-op advertising requirements, commissions and bonuses paid to our partners and help with the training required of these indirect retailers to successfully market and sell the Cricket proposition. Help with the merchandising and perform training for indirect retailers. QualificationsEducation: High School or GED. Industry Experience: Preferred: Telecom or High Tech or fast paced environment. Job Experience: Preferred: 1-2 years experience developing & managing indirect sales distribution channels, experience overseeing merchandising and training indirect retailers, a successful track record in outside sales, and telecommunications experience.
