Our Client:Our client is a dramatically growing and now the #1 industry leader in their niche with some 3000 locations across the nation.Responsibilities:They are looking for a team-building motivator of people, strong operationally and organized to keep a team of 90 centers on point through their team of district managers. Overnight travel will be approx. 1/2 of the time, travelling with their district managers each week throughout Wisconsin and Iowa.Requirements:We must have a strong, experienced Regional level manager with a minimum of 40 or more store experience.They must have experience leading multiple District Managers and holding them responsible for their results. They must have a proven track record at building sales and gaining market share.
