About The Merchandising Position
This position is responsible for the day-to-day stocking and merchandising of redbox Kiosks in a defined territory and will be managed by the Regional Operations Supervisor (ROS). Qualified candidates will be focused on attention to detail, self-motivated and have a desire to contribute to the Company's goals.
Qualifications:
Education
· A high school diploma or GED required
Experience
· Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or customer service.

· Strong organizational skills ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks

· Ability to remain composed under high pressure
· Ability to lift 35 lbs to 50lbs; can bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
· Must have an excellent driving record
· Must have reliable transportation
· Must have a computer with internet access
· Has a solid and unwavering belief in good ethics and honesty
Primary Duties
· Receive and print out daily routing and stocking reports via internet (Microsoft excel spreadsheets).
· Drives the assigned daily route in a safe and efficient manner.
· Maintain the appropriate inventory in area assigned. This will include stocking, thinning and balancing.
· Ensure merchandise Kiosk lightbox displays are consistent with set guidelines.
· Adapt to changing routes and territories.
· Aid the ROS in the process of returning obsolete inventory as instructed.
· Document and communicate any machine or disc issues through appropriate channels. This includes reporting any damage to assets (machines or discs) as well as the need for maintenance and repair.
· May be called upon for product demonstrations ("meet and greets") or to assist other merchandisers with routes.
· Continual communication between merchandisers, management and customer service.
· Interact, develop, and maintain positive working relationships with location owner operators, personnel, and corporate staff
· Meet at prearranged locations weekly (or as needed) with team to transfer necessary inventory
· Maintain organized and accurate inventory
· Provide regular reporting of inventory
· Distribute or thin out inventory appropriately to Kiosks
· Make independent and effective decisions regarding matters relating directly to general operations of assigned territory
· Use appropriate security and safety procedures
· Accountable for company assets in possession
· Create bi-weekly invoicing in an approved template and submit for approval and processing
