Human Resources Generalist

Hibbett Sports is now accepting applications for the position of Human Resources Generalist.Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

 

-Regional Worker's Compensation Administration

-Responsibe for recruiting, interviewing, and recommending to management, applicants for corporate positions along with assisting with recruiting efforts at the store level

-Administer unemployment claims and participate in unemployment hearings

-Conducts new-employee orientations

-Participates in resolving employee relations issues

-Other job duties will be assigned

 

Preferred Qualifications:

-2-3 years working experience in the field of Human Resources preferred

-PHR Certification Preferred

-Strong computer and verbal skills preferred
