Call Center Trainer

  This position will assist the Training Supervisor with the development of training procedures and guidelines.  Provides classroom and hands-on training for associates.  Provides follow-up on newly trained associates in order to assess their skills before completing training.  The Trainer is also responsible for the development of their Training Specialists. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training Training Specialists/Assistants; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving conflicts problems. Bachelor's degree (B.
