Pizza Patrón, the premier Latino pizza brand! Pizza Patrón features festive and fun carryout-only pizza stores that are community based in Spanish speaking or predominately Hispanic neighborhoods. The menu is value oriented, offering high quality, and freshly prepared pizzas at very low price points. All pizza dough is made fresh and no preservatives are added or needed. The sauce is prepared fresh in the stores, as well, from crushed Roma tomatoes. Only 100% mozzarella is used.

We currently own 5 Pizza Patrons in San Antonio and will have 2 new stores in the next 8 months. We also own 26 Wingstops throughout South Texas, Phoenix, and New Mexico.  This is your opportunity to get in with a fast growing franchise.

OUR SEARCH IS FOR A TRAINING MANAGER.  TRAINING MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR TRAINING ALL ASSISTANT AND GENERAL MANAGERS.

Management roles at Pizza Patron are different from other restaurants:

 

·  Our management team leads the crew members from a “100 % hands on” position within the kitchen area of the restaurant.

·  Management does not have offices, so it lends itself to being with guests and crew members at ALL times.

·  Our restaurants do not have wait staff or tipped employees.

·  Managers work 50 to 52 hour per week which means a healthy work/life balance.

·  Requires interpersonal and leadership skills, combined with boundless enthusiasm.

·  Our managers must have an eye for “consistent” food quality and a clean, spotless, restaurant.

·  We look for people who are passionate about food and feel it is essential for success

 

This all might seem hard to attain but we structure our management responsibilities in a way that allows you to work “hands on” with your staff and we keep you out of the office doing paperwork.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 Pre-shift meetings and setting expectations

·  -Monthly inventory

 

·  -Assisting in Interviewing/hiring, food orders

 

·  -Training, motivating, and working with crew members

 

·  -Displaying a “guest comes first” attitude by training and holding crew members accountable for delivering legendary customer service
