Surveillance Manager- Shoreline Drift on Inn & Hollywood Casinos
JOB TITLE: Surveillance Manager REPORTS TO: GM
FLSA STATUS: Exempt DEPARTMENT: Gaming
SALARY: DOE SUPERVISES: 1-10
JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the protection of the assets of the casino through the use of gaming and security camera systems.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Knowledge of all table game procedures.
2. Dispatch security to areas where incidents are observed.
3. Ensures all equipment is operating at start of shift, during shift and completion of shift.
4. Reporting all incidents observed on shift to the Director of Surveillance.
5. Maintain confidentially of all casino information.
6. Communicate incidents to pit personnel by phone.
7. Aid in the continuing education process of surveillance department.
8. Operation of gaming surveillance cameras and all equipment.
9. Operation of security camera and all equipment.
10. Report writing of incidents observed.
11. Maintaining all log sheets, daily log, tape log.
12. Performed other duties as assigned.
13. Provide supervision with company guidelines and department protocol.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENT
1. Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all staff by setting positive examples.

3. Ability to read and comprehend all documentation.
4. Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene.
5. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
1. High school education or equivalent experience.
2. Two years experience as surveillance agent.
3. Prior gaming experience as dealer preferred.
4. Prior law enforcement experience preferred.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment. Majority of shift spending sitting. Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke; talk and hear; lift 40# or more occasionally. Requires all forms of dexterity and mobility throughout the shift. Employee occasionally required to reach with hands and arms, sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Applicant will be required to pay current licensing fees, $258-$320 for the original application fee. Transfer fee's are $61 to link a license to a specific property.
