Candidates must have strong leadership, and entrepreneurial qualities to assumes full responsibility for operations, training and development of all employees; including the execution of all policies, procedures, programs and systems, including the Operations Manual. They will create and maintains an “Employer of Choice” environment.Requirements: 

3+ years in a General Management role working in QSR Strong organizational and customer service skills A desire to succeed and grow with the company Ability to properly train and motivate your team Advanced studies in business, restaurant management, or related field are preferred Proven experience managing all shifts without supervisionCompensation:
