Our firm is comprised of CPA's and other Accounting and Finance professionals, which enables us to truly understand the nature of your work and open you up to an opportunity that you cannot resist.I am a recruiter based in the Washington, D.C. area and my client is looking for a Field Controller to be based in the Houston, TX area. Position will operate fairly independently and will allow candidate to work from home. There is travel required to multiple sites in the southwest and western part of the U.S., travel will not exceed 50%.Responsibilities of position:· Manage and oversee accounting for multiple retail entities to include AP, AR, Payroll, Cash and Inventory.· Review monthly P&L’s and explain variances.· Develop budgets and forecasts for each entity.· Work with headquarters to manage and coordinate site audits.Requirements of ideal candidate: · Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business preferred· Experience in retail or restaurant environment accounting for multiple entities.· Travel required: up to 50%· 3+ years experience Salary: $65-$80KYears experience required: 3+Interested candidates may submit resumes to Carolyn Hoskins at choskins@acsysinc.com Acsys.
