As the original “build your own” Fuddruckers has been providing guests a quality product and an unforgettable experience for over 25 years.  At Fuddruckers our guests can be as mild or wild as they would like because they are the burger artist.  Managers at Fuddruckers are responsible for:

 

· Recruiting, developing and retaining a team that provides our guests with a positive experience every time they visit

· Being a Leader to associates so they understand our passion for the brand and the expectation of the restaurant

· Taking pride in everything you do.  Remember we serve the absolute freshest, best products to our Guests!

· Provide one of a kind guest service

· Maintain and exceed standards as they relate to people, sales, profits, safety and sanitation, food quality, guest service and associate morale

· Retaining a culture where all Guests and team members have a great feeling!

· Being the face of Fuddruckers in your community by speaking with community organizations, schools and community leaders about Fuddruckers and how we can help them achieve their goals

Assistant Manager: $30,000-$40,000

General Manager: $40,000-$50,000
