Manager

Essential Functions:

* Works with General Manager to develop unit's annual operating budget and control all profit and loss centers, including food, beverage, supply, utility and labor costs.
* Ensure safe working conditions to reduce injury and accidents through continual repair and maintenance of restaurant.
* Maintain an accurate manpower plan for restaurant staffing needs. Prepare manager schedules and ensure the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
* Staffing, training and development of all management and hourly employees through orientation, feedback, performance expectations and conducting performance reviews. Ensure that all candidates are interviewed and hired using consistent standards and hiring practices.
* Respond to guest service issues in person taking all appropriate actions necessary to satisfy the guest.
* Oversee all front of the house restaurant operations.

Requirements:

* Minimum of two years experience as a Restaurant AGM in a high volume operation.
* Knowledge of Windows Excel, Word, Outlook, Lotus and Aloha POS and back office systems.
* Strong Interpersonal skills
* Must understand high volume operations
