Job Responsibilities



§ Conduct a regular schedule of visits to all casinos to assure that card room operations are in full compliance with all regulatory requirements.

§ Conduct compliance training for administrative and gaming staff.

§ Maintain compliance files for all casino properties.

§ Communicate complaint notices, violations and new compliance rules to casino management and staff.

§ Communicate findings of compliance audits to casino management.

§ Provide administrative support to the Compliance Officer.

§ Performing routine clerical duties, such as faxing, copying, filing and scanning of documents.

 

Required Experience, Knowledge and Education

§ Legal, Compliance, and/or Gaming experience of 2-4 years is desired.

§ Possesses ability to exercise professional judgment, discretion, and initiative to handle confidential business and legal issues.

§ Must be a self-starter, with discipline in prioritizing and completing projects with little supervision.

§ Must be detail oriented, extremely organized and possess a strong follow-up ability.

§ Effective time management skills.

§ Effective interpersonal and communication skills.

§ Ability to attend to detailed administrative documents and procedures and to identify anomalies.

§ Computer Skills: Competent in MS Office.

§ Education: Associates Degree or equivalent working experience.

§ Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
