Field Marketing Leader
Responsible for development and implementation of Designated Market Area level plans, and counsel franchises on local level marketing plans that drive performance and meet sales goals. Primary liaison and information source of all marketing programs for franchisees, operations and development market leadership. Lead and implement integrated co-op marketing plans that are aligned with regional and national marketing plans and strategies In collaboration with Agency Partners, Operations Area Leader and Team USA Marketing Coach, lead the strategic co-cop level planning process to develop, recommend and implement full co-op and submarket media and creative plans encompassing various media channels supported by integrated market strategy and business case Monitor approved co-op plan and market results throughout the year and recommend necessary plan changes to account for sales and market level changes, media environment changes, and marketing program changes Approve and distribute Media Buy Authorizations for broadcast, print and interactive media elements supporting the approved co-op plans to appropriate agency partners Manage co-op budget to guarantee no year end deficits Manage timely and fair resolution of co-op media issues (i.e., traffic errors, incorrect print drop dates) Communicate and coordinate local value added market specific opportunities Drive usage of recommended creative for national and co-op promotions Develop and implement other national and local marketing programs to drive topline sales performance for franchisees and stores Communicate benefits, efficiencies and timing of national co-op opportunities and secure participation Communicate benefits and timing of national Street Level Marketing programs and secure participation (i.e., Customer Appreciation Days, National DoorHanging Blitzes) Develop & coordinate logistics of local sponsorships & promotions that require market wide coordination Communicate new marketing tools & programs and changes to existing programs Coordinate and facilitate best practice sharing/ Street Level Marketing meetings and information forums among franchisees, franchisee marketing team members and Team USA marketing coaches to leverage learning and results Develop new, creative local sales building activities that drive quantifiable sales gains and act to drive cooperation and motivation among franchisees Analyze market conditions and results to improve performance and adjust strategies and plans as needed Utilize market metrics dashboard to determine overall health of market on key metrics and determine strategy & plan adjustments as needed Monitor competitive set and develop and implement competitive intrusion plans specific to local market needs Analyze market pricing and conduct competitor visits, monitor local print samples and prepare pricing surveys to maintain competitive pricing position Analyze and share results of precision marketing initiatives and recommend plan or strategy changes accordingly Job Requirements6-8 years of proven experience in marketing, building sales in a multi-unit environment; preferred in QSR and/or Franchise environment Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MBA preferred Must be available for 50% - 75% travel (depending upon geographic composition of market area) Strong verbal, written and presentation skills Strong persuasive and leadership skills Knowledge and experience in all aspects of marketing (media, creative, planning, analysis, database) Financial and analysis knowledge If you are interested in this opportunity please forward your resume to recruiter5@dominos.com .
