Deli Attendant
1. Serves hot and cold beverages.
2. Prepares and serves deli food items to guests.
3. Inventories and stocks counters, display coolers, sandwich bar and steam table neatly, accurately as per menu.
4. Displays food under appropriate hot or cold conditions per standards
5. Maintains appropriate portion control and merchandising standards when preparing hot and cold food items.
6. Keeps display equipment neat and clean and free from debris during meal service.
7. Cleans tables and chairs and neatly arranged per diagram as well as work station.
8. Ability to work closely with others.
9. Provide and maintain Emerald Queen Casino’s high standards for superior guest service.
10. Promotes good employee relations by conducting themselves in a professional manner.Performs other job-related duties as assigned in Food & Beverage department.
