Business Process Consultant

HELP US IMPROVE OUR BUSINESS!We are seeking a business process expert to join our corporate strategy department. This person will be an important member of our internal consulting team that executes key strategic initiatives. These high profile, high impact strategic initiatives are designed to drive growth and operational excellence across the enterprise.PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES* Serve as a corporate expert for business process management* Plan and lead business process management activities including design of innovative business solutions that include people, process and technology components* Partner with internal service provider teams including Performance Management, Information Technology and Change Management* Understand and apply SYSCO’s business transformation method* Build commitment to business process at all levels in the organizationJOB SPECIFICATIONS* Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree preferred * Minimum of 4 years of experience on improvement/transformation initiatives designing and documenting business processes* Experience applying process improvement methodologies that include process documentation and analysis* Proficient with MS Office including Visio, Excel, PowerPoint and Word* Structured approach to thinking and rigorous problem solving skills* Results oriented and customer focused* Strong facilitation skillsADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS* Ability to relate to and work with all levels and functions of an organization * Competence in building strong customer and partner relationships* Experience working in a team environment SYSCO offers excellent benefits including PPO Insurance, 401k Plan, Stock Purchase Plan, Product Purchase Discounts, and much more!
