The Opportunity: 

 

National Business Group is seeking a professional and experienced Regional Operations Manager for our regional facility in Montebello, CA / Santa Ana, CA.  This position is responsible for a work force of approximately 50 people to include truck drivers, equipment installers, warehouse personnel, customer service and outside sales.  Position has full operational, sales and P&L responsibility. The Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate should have field work experience.  A college education is preferred.Work experience managing at least 20 office personnel and field personnel is essential; work experience managing a fleet is preferred. 

 

The ideal candidate will have supurb customer service skills with at least 5 years management experience.  Some P & L experience is a plus.
