Production Manager- Columbus
PRODUCTION MANAGERResponsibilities: Responsible for daily fleet and service planning and execution. Short and long term fleet and rental forecasting. Tracking and monitoring all aspects of vehicle transfer and the rental ready line for both Avis and Budget brands. Integral part of de-fleeting process, including transportation and pipeline. Maintain quality and safety standards. Management of Production Shift Managers, Hikers and Service Agents. Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple tasks and changing priorities. Lives the Values and ensures that the management team and employees are as well. Requirements: BA/BS in business or related field - or equivalent experience. 3-4 years management experience in Rent-A-Car, including Airport Manager or similar experience. Prior airport or location management experience in distribution and daily business planning. Excellent leadership skills.
