Manager in Training - FAST TRACK TO GENERAL MANAGER

Our GMs receive a percentage of profit as well as a percentage of revenue as part of their compensation, and enjoy a higher avg compensation than the majority of GMs in the big box settings. We work a 5-day work-week (NO SUNDAYS!!) and are closed at 5:00 on Saturday.  The outstanding candidate will have superior communication/organizational skills. He/she will possess a verifiable successful work/education background, be self motivated, and detailed oriented. Our desired candidate must also be an individual contributor with a team-minded attitude. We do require at least two years of management experience, and/or two years of college. Any experience in the Retail, Restaurant, or Sales-related settings will be a plus. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background investigation and pre-employment drug screen.
