With consistent same-store sales growth, and a new location every two days, Aaron's is one of the fastest growing companies in the Retail / Restaurant industry!  Due to this growth, we need aggressive customer-focused team players who can develop into store managers quickly!  Do you feel you have the leadership ability, motivation, and ambition to run one of our new stores?  We are currently seeking quality people for our Central Texas stores!  Including locations in Killeen, Copperas Cove, and Gatesville! WHAT WE OFFER: A unique environment that fosters individual growth, and rewards performance. Our GMs receive a percentage of profit as well as a percentage of revenue as part of their compensation, and enjoy a higher avg compensation than the majority of GMs in the big box settings. We recognize people as our most valuable asset and offer rapid advancement for top performers. We work a 5-day work-week (NO SUNDAYS!!) and are closed at 5:00 on Saturday.  The outstanding candidate will have superior communication/organizational skills. He/she will possess a verifiable successful work/education background, be self motivated, and detailed oriented. Our desired candidate must also be an individual contributor with a team-minded attitude. We do require at least two years of management experience, and/or two years of college. Any experience in the Retail, Restaurant, or Sales-related settings will be a plus. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of background investigation and pre-employment drug screen.
