As a Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, and replacement of all automated plant machinery (compressed air systems, heat re-claimers, boilers, HVAC, water softeners, etc…) Must provide proper skilled techniques to assure the safe, efficient operation of all plant machinery and document all work performed. Maintain compliance with all Federal, Stated, and Local laws and regulation that affect the plant operations. Comply with Federal Regulations and Company safety policies and practices to promote safety awareness in the plant. Perform root cause analysis for any abnormal conditions/failures; take required corrective and preventative actions to prevent recurrence of such conditions. Work with the production personnel to schedule preventative and break-down maintenance. Must be able to bend, twist, reach, pull, push, and routinely lift 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. You will be expected to meet operating and financial goals and customer needs.Qualified candidates will possess a minimum of a 2-year college degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of maintenance work experience, preferably in computerized systems. Must have a high level of comfort in using Microsoft Outlook and Office applications; Automated Plant Operations; Basic knowledge of Inverter drives, Controllers, AC and DC power supplies. Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams, control logic, and mechanical drawings. Demonstrated mechanical and electrical aptitude; basic knowledge of required codes; ability to plan ahead and adhere to a proper schedule; ability to communicate effectively verbally and written.
