Lead Administrator

We are seeking an organized, customer-focused team player to coordinate and lead the administrative services.Based out of Madison, MS, the Lead Administrator responsibilities will include:· Providing Excellent Customer Service· Providing administrative support to the Branch Manager· Processing orders, credit requirements, inventory and off rents utilizing the company database system· Coordinating customer service inquiries and problem resolution by reviewing customer issues and initiating action for repair, replacement or field service· Processing accounts payables by ensuring proper coding, reconciling discrepancies and preparing required reporting and documentation· Interfacing with customers to resolve accounts receivable issues· Tracking branch revenue and expenses; maintaining appropriate financial information; · Performing detailed reconciliation and control functions; preparing reports as required Qualified candidates will have:· High School diploma or equivalent, college coursework or degree preferred· 3+ years successful office experience, including broad office services experience and the ability to implement effective operating procedures and practices· Effective interpersonal, communication, organization, and customer service skills· Advanced knowledge and expertise with Microsoft Office, to include troubleshooting of hardware and software; JD Edwards and Dodge Reports familiarity highly desirable· Successful time management skills· Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment· Ability to travel as required Here are some of the many benefits offered by Williams Scotsman:· Competitive base salary· Potential for Administrative Incentive Bonus· Business Casual Dress every day· Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance· Prescription Plan· Life Insurance· Disability Coverage· 401(k) Program with company match· Paid Vacation, Holidays and Sick Days· Employee Assistance Program· Tuition Assistance· Employee Referral Program· And MORE in a casual, fun, team-spirited environment Interested candidates should submit their resumes, including salary requirements to: JAMAdm@willscot.com or send to Williams Scotsman, Inc., 131 Enterprise Dr., Madison, MS 39110, or Faxes to 601-605-1455.
