OpportunitiesAs one of our valued Contact Center employees, you will be empowered to make decisions that will enhance our customers’ rental experience. Handling calls, emails and inquiries from National and Alamo customers, the position is challenging, exciting and rewarding. In this role, you will begin to make a difference from day one. As a Customer Service Trainee in our Contact Center in Salt Lake City, UT you will handle inbound calls from across the US and Canada, assisting customers with reservations and problem solving. Part-time employees will work a minimum of 15 hours per week and the schedule will include one or both weekend days. Full-time employees will be required to work both weekend days. This position offers: Paid training classes Competitive benefits and discounts Structured career path with internal advancement opportunities Professional and friendly team environment Business casual dress code Responsibilities: Daily duties include, but are not limited to: Respond to incoming calls efficiently Resolve a variety of basic customer service inquiries Make reservations for offices nationwide Provide excellent customer service to customers Consistently meet established productivity, schedule adherence, and quality standards Locate and interpret complex information from a number of databases Communicate information considered unsatisfactory by customers in a tactful mannerQualifications: 6 months of work experience with the same company Good PC skills (ability to navigate through computer systems and screens, type min. 20wpm) Strong customer service orientation required. Customer service experience a plus Prior stable work experience All applicants must be at least 18 years of age High School Diploma or G.E.D.
