Aaron’s Sales and Lease Ownership is the nation’s fastest growing retailer of furniture, appliances, computers and electronics!  Come grow with us! We are now hiring CUSTOMER SERVICE/CLERICAL ASSOCIATES! APPLY IN PERSON AT: AARON'S SALES & LEASE 3624 SPENCER ROAD PASADENA TX 77504 Aaron’s can offer you a challenging, professional environment with room for personal growth and development.  The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational and communication skills and a friendly, energetic attitude.  Aaron’s is different from other retailers because the majority of our customers come into our stores every month to make payments.  This allows our employees to develop relationships with our customers and be able to provide them with exceptional personal service! Responsibilities of Customer Service Reps include:· Greeting and assisting customers both in the store and over the phone· Meeting sales goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis· Processing order forms and typing lease agreements· Maintaining the filing system· Pricing and cleaning the showroom floor· Assisting the Sales Manager Aaron’s employees work 5 days per week and enjoy Sundays off!  Shifts generally end by 7 or 8 in the evening…no long nights required!  Customer Service Reps are guaranteed 40 hours per week at a competitive wage plus earn commission on every sale!  Aaron’s also pays $100 to employees who earn 100% on mystery shopper scores!  Aaron's can offer you: Incentive Bonuses Group Medical & Dental Coverage Vacation, Sick and Holiday Pay On-going Training and Development Referral Bonus Life Insurance 401K Plan Direct Deposit Sundays Off Company: Aaron's Sales & Lease Ownership Location: PASADENA, TX 77501 Salary/Wage: 9.00 - 10.00 USD /hourCOMPETITIVE BASE PAY + COMMISSION Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Customer Support/Client Care Career Level: Entry Level Employment contingent upon successful completion of national criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen.
