Accounting Clerk
Job Profile:The Claims Connection® Accounting Department at GP 76, Shared Services, has a position available for a full-time Accounting Clerk. The schedule will be Monday- Friday, 8am – 5pm. This role will share in the responsibilities of accounts payable for outsourced claims rentals. This role will provide the opportunity to develop accounts payable/receivable skills, increase a candidate’s knowledge of other departments as well as their knowledge of accounting software programs and be a part of a successful winning team.We are looking for a team player with a proven work ethic who can bring added value to the department in the form of superior customer service to the outsourced vendors we work with. Our department is successful in hiring and training employees for future growth in Business Management and we are committed to continuing this tradition!Responsibilities: Utilize the PeopleSoft A/P application to pay vendor invoices timely and accurately Collect, process, and record W-9 information Assist with daily tasks or special projects as assigned Filing and other administrative tasks as needed Assist in requesting invoices rental companies Document invoices daily in ARMS® application FilingQualifications: Working towards Accounting or Finance degree a plus but not required Proficient knowledge of Excel (Peoplesoft experience a plus) Strong time management and attention to detail Strong organizational skills Quick learner and excellent problem solver Excellent Customer Service skills Ability to work independently and with a team Team player with a positive attitudeTo Apply:If you are interested and qualified for this opportunity, please click on the link below to complete our on line application. https://www.enterprisejobs.com/default.asp?presets=req=7683AccountingClerk-08-22-08 We are an equal opportunity employer.
