Training Manager
Wasatch Property Management owns and manages a rapidly expanding portfolio of multifamily apartment communities located across the Western United States. We currently have an opening for an enthusiastic, hard working, motivated person to be our training director for approximately 400 residential employees who are part of our dynamic team. This position is responsible for our mentor program, needs analysis, writing curriculum, classroom training, tracking, scheduling, and employee development. This position is very important to the growth of our residential portfolio, the growth of our employees, and to the overall strategy of the company. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has had experience in the property management field and wishes to further develop their skills and abilities.
Requirements * At LEAST 3 years of multi-family housing experience * Previous training experience preferred * Ability to see the big picture and be instrumental in in the development of programs to take us from good to great
* Must be able and willing to travel* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft suite* Yardi experience prefered
